That was November 17th, they signed for it and were supposed to test it and repair or refund our purchase price. I emailed a few weeks ago and they had “to find it” after I sent shipping confirmation which indicated it was received within 2-days of shipping. Two weeks ago we were told (after I sent another email) a refund was being issued - still nothing and customer service rep’s email is no longer valid! So 3-months without the shower head and no resolution. Remodeling 2-1/2 baths and will not be using Groehe!
